 • Sightseeing as per itinerary by private tourist vehicle (Air conditioner in vehicles will not work in hilly areas)

• Driver’s allowances, toll taxes and Govt. Service Tax

• Air tickets and airport taxes

• Excursion to Rohtang Pass / Atal tunnel / Sisu Village / Manikaran

• Entrance fee at Monuments • Guide service

• Supplement for Special activities as per the itinerary

• Items of personal nature like laundry, phone calls, tips to guides / drivers etc.

• Camera / Video camera fees applicable at monuments

• Supplement cost for Pickup & Drop to Bangalore

• Anything which is not in Inclusions, is by default excluded. 

Payment Policy

Advance Booking Fee

• 30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost


• 29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost


• 19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost

Cancellation Policy

If we change or cancel your holiday We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.

● Rohtang Pass Road would remain closed every Tuesday for maintenance purposes. Vehicles for Rohtang Pass need to book on direct payment basis. We can assist in booking a vehicle for Rohtang Pass on actual cost.

● Shimla & Kangra State Museums /viceregal lodge & Roerich Art Gallery/ Naggar remain closed on Mondays & all Govt. ● Holidays Zoo in Kufri also remains closed on Mondays

● Hotel Check in 1400 hrs and check out 1100 hrs

● Heater charges in room on direct payment basis

● We make special arrangements for Honeymooners like candle light dinner, room decor, wine & cake at extra cost.

● Hotels located at Mall Road – Please note if vehicles are not allowed at Mall Road, then guest will be dropped off at the nearest parking area.
